Lace Basket Batter

butter 3 pounds
corn syrup 4 pounds
molasses 1 pound
powdered sugar 3 pounds
cinnamon 1 teaspoon
salt 1 teaspoon 
flour, all purpose  4 pounds
bullet

Procedure:

1. Cream butter with paddle

2. Add corn syrup and molasses to butter and mix.

3. Add 10 X sugar, cinnamon, salt and mix.

4. Add flour and mix.

5. Chill the batter before use.

6. Scoop onto a non-stick baking mat.

7. Bake on non stick baking mat at 300 to 325 F for 20 minutes or until brown.

8. When a little cool place inverted on a tea cup.

9. Let basket cool and remove it from the tea cup.

Yield 30 baskets
