Pastry Combs, To decorate joconde biscuit and other sponge cakes. Frame made out of sturdy plastic, combs made out of flexible plastic. They are reversible and have different patterns on each side. Two different lengths are available 13 3/8" and 27". The teeth are 2 mm high.
