Matfer Copper Stainless Steel Brazier Line with Cast Iron Handle. This beautiful equipment is perfectly suitable for table service. Made of solid copper with a thickness of 1/16  inch, the best heat conductor. The stainless steel interior facilitates maintenance and total hygiene. The two metals are associated through lamination, a very strong and durable procedure, incomparable to electrolysis which is a simple application of a layer of copper after construction of the casserole. Rivets are made of solid copper and massif cast iron handle.
